How to calculate pay for an new employer was created by Chris

Dear KC,
New staff started work on 3-May-2021.
Officially 5.5 days work week.
Need your advice on how I should calculate it as I am confused.
Some said I have to pay full salary while because 1st & 2nd were PH, while some said otherwise:-
2000 / 26 days * no of days worked
2000 / 31 days *no. of days worked
2000 / 31 days *29 days
