Leave Earning Policy was created by Md. Shazzadul Aziz

I am having a hard time understanding the calculation for a specific Leave Earning Policy
So the Earning Policy is set to
- Method: Prorated
-Accrual Period Daily
-Earn at End of Accrual Period

Earning Start Date is 23rd of August 2021 and valid till December 31st of 2021
*Weekends are Saturday and Sunday in each month
The number of days entitled is 15

So how does that translate to being earned at 5.51 days at the end of the year stored in my Leave Balance?

If a breakdown of the calculation is provided it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry that this question is already beyond my support scope. I really have no time to explain how the payroll calculation is done, how the leave entitlement is calculated etc over and over again.

Kindly do some test with some test data to try to figure out and visit the online user guide to get some hint on this.
