EA FORM was created by LOW

Dear Sir,
I notice the earning figure B (1a). generated in the EA form is salary + other earning less deduction.

May I know is there any way to exclude certain deduction code from this calculation?

Reason being, some deduction code we use like “mid month payment” not suppose to less from EA earning figure.
