Replacement Leave

Hi,

My event staff often work on weekend & public holiday. Our earning policy are set to prorated over a year, earned on monthly basis.

My question is How do i add replacement leave to their annual leave record?

I would like to be able to offset their unpaid leave with replacement leave.

Hi,

I do have a plan to support Time Bank feature, but no time to implement yet. So for the time being, I suggest that I create a new Replacement leave type, and leave the entitlement to 0 at the beginning. Whenever they earn replacement leaves, you could add it to the entitlement.

I have staff who works on weekend for event, i will need to calculate those (working) days so they can take leave on other day. Instead of deduct unpaid leave, i normally will deduct those replacement leave first.

I see. For now you may need to add a Replacement Leave entitlement for the relevant employee.
