Can you explain more specifically what do you mean with "face some problem to load their pages to punch their attendance"?

They say the page doesn't load sometimes even though they have no network issues, sometimes they punch out but then it doesn't get marked and doesn't show in the system.

Sir, We have a leave carry forward in our company from the previous year. for example, in 12 annual leaves 10 leaves of the previous year, I can carry forward for the next year.
Please, can you guide me on how can I do that?
As employees are eligible for those leaves too. I tried but it didn't work out. Please show me a step to step process.
