Salary processing failed for more then 10 employee was created by Titan

Hi Support,

For November salary processing works fine for 13 of my stuff.
For December, I add on another 1 employee and not able to process the salary in batch.

So I seperate the processing into 2 batch. 1st batch (9 employee) managed to process.
2nd batch 5 employee not able to process. No error message, after click process, its showing the 1st batch 9 employee record only.
Can you please assist urgently.

Hi,

Can you try processing the one that could not be processed with the rest? i.e. don't process 5 employees batch, but process 1 instead.

p/s we will be on leave for a few days, but would still monitor the forum from time to time during this period.
