Hi,

I recently do the salary adjustment which effect in Feb 2021 payroll. But when I processed Jan 2021, it's already using the new rate. How can I resolve this?

Hi,

Currently it will always use the latest salary adjustment. For now, you may temporarily delete the adjustment, then process and add the adjustment again.

May I know when will be able to have the function to generate the cvs and txt file for EPF, Socso, EIS and PCB submission?

Hi @Kap-Chew, how about the generation of EA forms? When the salary adjustments are updated, the amounts are not captured and tallied by the system with other functions like EA forms and annual salary statement, hence the figures in these 2 documents are not accurate.

Processed Payroll result won't change just because there are salary adjustments. You will need to re-process the payrolls for the periods affected by the salary adjustment.
