Using a registered Email Web Account for different employee was created by BM
Hello,
When we started using the HR.my, we have assigned a company email to an employee for the last months. However, this employee has left our company and we have archived the employee and disabled his web account. We would like to assign the same email address to a new employee. However, when we did this we received the message
"email address" is already signed up with another Employee Web Account under the SAME Employer. You can only use this "email address" for different Employers".
So, what is the solution for that?
Thank you!

1. Delete the previous employee record, this will disassociate the email address with the Employer. Then you are free to invite again.
2. If you are using a system that supports dot and plus notation like Gmail's, you may try something like:
admin+1@domain.com

As both will land in the same mail box of This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
