Part of employee can't login thru mobile app and phone was created by Pauline

Part of employee can't login thru mobile app and phone
Most of them using OPPO and HUAWEI mobile

we tried reset password, clear cache, reinstall app, disable and reenable web account, still not working, but they can use other moblie or pc login their account.

Hi Pauline,

I believe that this has to do with individual phone model's design or setting that prevent them from using HR.my mobile, but as I really have limited time and resource, this is beyond my scope already.

But they suddenly can login from yesterday evening, anything I can try?

Before that they login thru mobile app and mobile browser, but suddenly cannot login anymore from yesterday evening, one of them even try to reset password but show that email not in record and we double checked the email is correct

Are they trying to login as Employer? There are two tabs in the mobile app.
