Not all employees received email notifications when an Announcement is created

Hi,
I find that whenever I create an announcement with a notification to all employees, not all employees will get email notifications on the announcement. kindly assist with this.

Hi,

Email delivery is a complicated issue, but I can assure you that the problem is not on HR.my end. This is because as you mentioned, some of your employees do receive email notifications.

Kindly understand that when an email is sent out, it may:

1. land in the inbox without any problem, or
2. land in the junk folder, or
3. bounced right away by the receiving email server

In your case, I strongly suggest that you either check with your email administrator, or ask your employees to change to other email service, such as Gmail.
