Hello,
A new employee joined on 9th of may and had one day unpaid leave. I processed the payroll, but the salary was counted in full. How should the system auto calculate starting from 9th and onwards and how to deduct the unpaid day?

Please use Deduction to deduct non-working days' pay.

And please if you may, how to do the process again ? I went to the same process but the employee was not in the list, since there is a process already.

In the Process flow, just choose the filter for Processed employees.
Kindly try out with some test data to understand how the platform works, as I am not able to provide handholding training.

Sure, thank you will do. Is there any way for the paid system to calculate the payroll automatically or we should do it manually each time ?
