Leave Application Email Notifications

When an employee applies new leave, the following people will be receiving notifications.

1. The next reviewer according to the Leave Workflow.
2. Extra CC notification recipient in the Leave Workflow.
3. HR.my account owner
4. Employees with HR.my Manager role.

In your case, you may review and change the roles of the 2 people who receive notification accordingly.

When an employee applies new leave, the following people will be receiving notifications.

If your Director or HR Manager does not want to receive notification, change their HR Role to other Custom HR Role, instead of using HR.my Manager role.
