In the US our Banks use a routing number and an account number. The routing number identifies the bank, account number identifies the particular account at that bank. When I go to fill out the bank information there's just one box that says "IBAN/bank account". How would input information for an American bank account into the payroll system?

Does your bank account have a corresponding IBAN number? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Bank_Account_Number

OK. In that case, since Routing Number identifies the Bank, how about setting this up under Employer->Bank, then enter the routing number as the name of the bank?
