Every time theychange their working condition as salary and position, also everytime they require a transact such as bank loans, credits and other, in Colombia this certification is requiered to do many formalities

I have a few suggestions about to do list:
1. Possibility to export employee Experience, training, education records
2. possibility to create an online form like CV for each employee with updated information and export it.
3. Generate Reports about different employee data and export them.
4. possibility for employees to update their personal information in HR.my
