I had tried again but seem like my laptop doesn't support the page. Do I need to install or update anything in order to view without problems? Please help.

yes it's correct, and it shows up properly. Does your web browser allow JavaScript? It will require JavaScript support.

I tried using my phone to access and it's works fine as well. I believe my laptop need to re-download the javascript perhaps.

In the meantime, as I browsing using my phone, I had tried to key in the new password setting after receiving the forgot password email notification but somehow the page seems to load forever after the new password insertion and clicking on "reset" button. Any idea on this and will try again tomorrow morning.

I am sorry about the password reset hassle, in fact that's a known issue with the last release. If you really need to reset the password, you may access the older version here instead: hr.my/go1/retrieve.jsp
Since I am currently working on a major revamp to the system, please put up with the password reset problem by accessing the given URL first, as I plan to release a new version that includes the fix to this issue as well.
