Hi Kap-Chew,
An employee has moved from 'days' to 'shifts' as his workdays, which have different holiday patterns.
I've put the effective date as 9th April but in the Leave-Planner it is showing the shift holidays for the whole time not just 9th April on wards.

Hi Tris, this kind of situation is not really supported yet. Perhaps I will support this kind of use case at a later stage.

Will it cause any problems for historical AL, for example if he took AL on a day that will now become a holiday?

Any previously applied leaves will remain intact, but if you check the leave details, the holiday will indeed show up in the calendar. However, the original day count will not be affected, unless you edit and save the leave again, which will then take into consideration the new holiday.
