HI ,

I am new user on your application.
I just want to confirm on the following:

1) How the EPF calculation work as i have the following
i) OT claim - no need EPF contribution
ii) OT Allowance - no need EPF calculation
iii) Travelling allowance - no need EPF Calculation

2) How the PCB calculation work?
i) Son & daughter & wife rebate?
ii) Allowance rebate
If yes, how it work?
3) Is there a summary report ? Payroll report, EPF Report, Socso Report , PCB report and as to-date payroll report ?
4) Can the report extract into Excel?
5) Do you have overall Leave Summary report? & Medical leave summary report ?

Hi Ryon,

May I know if you are referring to HR.my or Payroll.my? If you are referring to HR.my, then for:

1. You have to set up variable pays, but uncheck the EPF option so that EPF won't be contributed for that particular pay.

2. You have to specify marital status and the children number in the Family tab of employee information

3, 4 and 5. Not yet, but collecting feedback from users to determine the priority of development, i.e. more important reports will be developed first.
