Request to add Employee Alternative Name

Hi Chew,

Possible to add a new field called Alternative name for Employee Profile.
This is because staff name especially Malay name is very long, and normally we will only call their nick name or alternative name.
So it is easier for HR to based on the short name to retrieve/add info to the employee easily.
Hope you understand what I mean. Thank you.

Understand. A workaround solution I can think of now is to use the code name as the alternative name. For example "branch name + staff nick name". But there is possible that a branch having two staffs with same nickname. Or maybe a new staff that coming in having the same name as the old staff. Then the code name might cannot be used due to the unique ID. Right?
