I see. One more question, may I know why is there a validity period for the training? What kind of nature is that training?

Hi,

We work on Engen retail sites(Petroleum) and there are certain rules and you need a "passport" card to be able to work on those sites. Things change and this is why it needs to be done every year.

We have about 20 different coursed for certain staff, some expires in 1 year, some 2 years and some 3 years.

I hope it makes sense to you.
