Duplicate NRIC error was created by BUSHRAL KARIM MD YUSOB

I have already registered an employee. Her NRIC is probably recorded in the system. She resigned, and after a few years she is engaged again. I want to register her as new employee, but the system does not allow me to register the NRIC. How can I reactivate her employment, if her record is already in the system? Or how to deal with the problem of duplicate IC... WHICH will not allow me to register her?

You have to reactivate her past record. Go to Employee->Employment Status, then on the right Query Panel, search for "Archived" employee, when you find her record, add a new employment record will do.
