hi Sir,

The employee has already had salary processed in Hr.my since jan2018. All monthly reports are generated from hr.my.

1. I just tested, I could export EA form.

2. Please try again. If you did it correctly, you should at least receive email notification, for successful or failed export too.

3. Export EA form via Payroll->Annual Salary Statement->Export EA Form button.

yes, i've received the notification and can download the file. thanks

May i know how does the calculation set in the Gaji kasar portion? how come the gross salary does not tally with the total amount of annual statement report of 2018 in Hr.my.
