Hi,
I'm about to add an employee in the portal, but every time i try to put the ID, it says "The value for Position ID is invalid." Our employee ID starts with DW(number), eg: DW001. I've inserted the same ID before this, but have never encountered such problem until now. I've also removed the letters to put only numbers, but it still says invalid. May i know what kind of ID we can put in there?

Do you insert it manually, or when trying to import employees?

If you are entering it manually, there is no way you could type the Position ID at all. You must select from the drop down combo, and if you see that option, then it must exist.
