Hi!
We have one free quota & one sponsorship quota for HR Role access.
However, both of the assigned quotas cannot do anything to the requested leave cancellation. Kindly assist with what should we do, so that the assigned supervisors with HR roles, can cancel their subordinate's request to cancel leave.

Kindly make sure that the assigned HR Role user logs in via Employer tab and select the HR Role option in the login page.
If the employee logs in via Employee tab, then he is not signing in as HR Role at all.

Yes, the supervisor already signed in as HR role. The supervisor signed in as HR role yet she cannot act on the cancellation request even though access has been given to her to action such a request.
From my attached picture, we are supposed to have two quotas right? one is the Free Quota and one Sponsorship Quota. But both the quota and role/supervisor assigned, could not act on the cancellation requests and still have to depend on the Administrator instead.

1. Please note that this has NOTHING TO DO with how the HR Role is assigned, be it under Free or Sponsorship quota, it's the same.
2. Can you describe in detail what do you mean with "she cannot act on the cancellation request"? What did she do, what did she get? Where did she go for leave cancellation? what she is expecting?
3. FWIW, as documented in the online user guide, Leave Cancellation is granted by accessing the leave and change the status to Cancelled.
4. Additionally, did you grant her MODIFY right? or just VIEW right? Without MODIFY user right, she can't do anything. Again, this is also documented in the user guide already.

Let's name the supervisor Anne, and her subordinate Billy.
When Billy requests to cancel his leave, Anne can see Billy's request in yellow highlighted under 'Review'. However, when Anne opens the request, she cannot approve the cancellation request, she only can view it even though we have granted her access as 'Modify'.
When we say "she cannot act on the cancellation request" is that we expect the supervisor with the 'Modify' role given, can CANCEL her subordinate's cancellation request whenever it is requested and not need the Administrator to do it instead.

I see now. This is a big misunderstanding.
Currently, only Employer or HR Role signing in Employer account can cancel the leave, not supervisor. A supervisor has to sign in the Employer account as HR Role to cancel.
Please check the user guide, it is also documented.
