Good day,
One of my Manager having trouble in his portal, he suddenly forgot his password and trying to reset it but unfortunately, he experience some error or problem, the system said that the email address doesn't exist, but per checking the email address in existing on the Web Account option, please see attached file for the problem, hope you can help us
